If you need to replace your key fob either because it's been mislaid or if it's broken in some way you first need to indicate this on ManageMyMatch. Go to the Password/access tab in My account and press the replace button next to the record of your fob.
Your club can provide you with a new fob from their stores (typically you'll ask for one from the bar). They may choose to charge you a fee. It may be that the club provides you with the fob already linked to your account. But normally you'll get a fob that you will need to link yourself. ManageMyMatch will provide you with instructions on how to do this when it knows you need a new fob. The process is simple and goes as follows:
- Present your new fob to the card reader at the club kiosk screen - it will indicate that this is an unallocated fob and that you may now link it with your account
- To link it enter your 8 digit remote access key. This will have been set up for you and given in the instructions on ManageMyMatch, or you may have already have set up a remote access key
- Tap confirm and, as the screen unlocks, your fob is now linked
