Your club may require you to confirm your presence at the club before the lights will switch on. Typically this could be the case for tennis lights as having them on without a need can be both expensive and intrusive.
All you have to do is Unlock the kiosk screen with your 8 digit code or key fob and navigate to the court schedule if that's not already showing. If there is an impending booking relevant to you there will be a light button in the header of the court column. Click that and the lights will be confirmed.
Note that it may take up to a minute for the lights to react to this - and they will only turn on at the time of the booking (or before if the lights require a warm-up time).
You can also use this button to switch the lights back off - you are encouraged to do this if you leave the courts early and the lights are still on.
Your booking(s) may involve more than one court in which case you do have to click the light switch separately for each court.
If you do not get the opportunity to switch the lights on or off as you expect, please contact a club official. They can switch them on for you remotely. Alternatively ask another member who's involved with the booking.
