MANAGEMYMATCH - HINTS AND TIPS...

A few tips on adding credit to your account and booking a court. Later on we will cover some of the other functions in MMM.

The last booking date on the old system is this coming Friday, use the new system for booking from Oct 1st. If you haven't registered do so on the MMM website (link below) or App.

ADDING FUNDS

Click on your initials in the top right corner, select 'My account', then 'Club credit'.

Select Top up now to add an initial balance by card. Your card details are automatically saved but can be edited in My Account - Payments

Transfer can be used to send money to other members. Although MMM automatically splits court fees with your opponent, so only needed for settling bets!

History will show you a record of your recent transactions

Select Auto top-up amount and choose an amount so your account automatically tops up when it reaches zero in the future, saving the need to do transfers.

Your balance on the old system on October 1st will be transferred to your MMM account within 14 days.

COURT BOOKING

Select the calendar icon - next to the home icon in the top left. Choose the date from the drop down menu then click on an available court slot.

Choose 'Invite opponent', then select 'Other members' and type in your opponent's name.

There is an option to book for solo practice or play a guest.

To delete a booking clink on it then choose 'Remove'.

To contact other members use the speech bubble icon top right on the screen. If they have set their email preferences to receive these messages ('My Account - Notifications'), they'll get an email too.
