When you register, ManageMyMatch sends you an email that you have to confirm receipt. This is called "double opt-in" registration and is good industry practice to ensure bona-fide users are registering.
First, be patient: It may take a few minutes to come through, but usually it's a matter of seconds.
Second, the email can easily be categorised as spam or junk by your mail system. So please look in your spam and junk folders.
However, some mail systems will filter emails out before they even reach your computer.
In order to get round the spam filters please go to your email settings or providers configuration settings and register "support@managemymatch.com" as a valid email sender.
If it's not clear how to do this or you simply can't find the email then you could try getting another email sent as per the instructions on the screen. But if the email did not make it the first time it's unlikely to make it the second time.
As a last resort send us a message using this help facility and we'll be able to send you a link to complete this process manually.
