I'm not getting the right choices for my subscriptions

The choices you get for your own and your family member subscriptions can depend on a number of things. Your age and distance from club being key. So the first thing to do is check details for each family member.

Select the Family members tab in My account to review the details of each of your family members. There's also an option to indicate if a family member is living away from home in full time education - in which case they will be treated as though they are distant from the club.

Also check your own details in the My details tab of My account.

Finally, make sure you choose your own subscription (if any) before you choose ones for your family members. Some family member subscription may be dependent on yours.
