My preferences is about refining how ManageMyMatch arranges matches for you with others. This is a more advanced topic and you'll only get this page if you have opted in.

If you still have a notice at the top of the Booking centre page inviting you to "Get smarter about your invites and feel more wanted!" then you need to accept this invitation to make My preferences page available.
