I can't find the tournament that I want to sign up to

All tournaments to which you are eligible should show up in the Open section of My events. If it's not listed there check the following:

• Are you sure the organiser has actually opened up the tournament for sign-up? Or has the sign-up date past? Check with the organiser.
• Are you sure you are eligible? Your age, for example, is judged based on how old you are when the tournament commences.
• Check that you have the relevant sport (tennis, squash etc) checked in My sports tab under My account.
• Have a look in My interests under the Events menu option. This lists all the regular tournaments your club(s) put on and it may be that you've indicated in the past that you're not interested in participating. Find where the tournament is listed here: If it's in Events of interest then that's fine and it's very likely the case that the tournament simply isn't open yet. If it's in Eligible events then click the select button to register the fact that you'd be interested to sign-up every time. If it's in Ineligible events then you don't meet the criteria.
