Why wasn't I entered into the new event?

When the next event in a series opens (for example the next round of a box league), players from the previous event are carried over into it, usually through auto enter.

If you were in the previous event but aren't in the new one, your change log usually says why. Go to My history, choose My change log, tick Events and look for Not carried over on opening the event. Common reasons are:

• the series isn't listed in My interests, so you weren't subscribed to it
• your auto enter was turned off, either automatically because you didn't play in the last event, by the event organiser, or by you
• you aren't an eligible member of the clubs taking part, for example because your membership has lapsed

To be carried over in future, make sure the series is listed in My interests with auto enter on. If you'd still like to take part in this event, contact the event organiser.
