If you sign up to a doubles tournament in My events you'll get an extra drop-down choice of who you'd like your partner to be. You only get to choose people who have signed up just like you.
If you have some-one in mind and they are not in the list please ask them to sign up as you did.
When you make a choice ManageMyMatch will wait for the other person to make the same choice before matching you up. In other words, you both have to choose each other.
If it's a mixed doubles tournament you will only be given a choice of joiners who are the opposite sex to you.
You can change your mind at any time and choose some-one else.
