Your change log lists every change made in ManageMyMatch over the last 30 days that directly affected you, whoever made it: you, another member, a club official, an event organiser or the system itself.
Open it from your account menu: choose My history and then My change log.
Then tick the types of change you want to see. Nothing is shown until you tick at least one:
- Bookings: court bookings you made, pay for or play in
- Events: joining, leaving or moving within an event, and changes to your auto enter, including why you weren't carried over into the next event
- Draws: being added to, removed from or changed within a draw
- Matches: the matches you play in, including players, scores, results and status
- Messages: messages between you and other members, and the notifications and emails sent to you
- Memberships: linking to or unlinking from a club, your subscriptions starting, ending or changing, and changes to your membership status, keyfob, top-up settings, agreement to the club's terms and conditions and whether you share your contact details
- Transactions: entries on your club account, such as purchases, bar and till sales, and money added to or taken from your account
- Card payments: card payments into your club account, including top-ups and automatic top-ups, and whether each was credited to your account
- Doorflow: your door entry at clubs whose door entry is connected to ManageMyMatch through Doorflow
Each entry shows when the change was made, who made it, what was done and a summary of how things stood afterwards. You can narrow the list to changes that Added, Changed or Removed something, and search for any word, such as a name or a court. Anything that went wrong, such as a payment that wasn't credited or a notification that failed, is shown in red, and you can tick Problems only to see just those.
If a change looks wrong, the change log tells you who made it. They are usually the best person to ask first.
