ManageMyMatch keeps a change log of who changed what, and when, for the last 30 days. As a club official you have three club-wide views of it:
-
Manage courts > Change log:
- Bookings: every change to your club's court bookings, for example bookings made, moved, removed or charged, and changes caused by new court times or a court being removed.
- Lights and Heating: every time a court's lights or heating were switched on or off, who switched them (or System when it was automatic), whether the switch worked, and why it was switched, such as a light booking or the court's light setting.
- Manage members > Change log: your members' memberships. Members linking to or unlinking from the club, subscriptions starting, ending or changing (for example their end date or bookings used), membership status, member ids, keyfobs, agreement to your terms and conditions, door entry settings and the notes officials keep about members. Where your club's door entry is connected to ManageMyMatch through Doorflow, door entry events are listed here too.
- Hosted events > Change log: for an event your club hosts, every change to the event, its draws and matches, together with your club's bookings for it.
If you organise events, see How do I see changes across all the club's events? for the change logs in Manage events, Manage draws, Manage series and Manage affiliates.
Tick the types of change you want to see, as nothing is shown until you do (where a page has only one type, it is ticked for you). Each entry shows when the change was made, who made it (a member, an official, or System for automatic changes), what was done and a summary. You can narrow the list to changes that Added, Changed or Removed something, and search for any word, such as a member's name or a court.
Tick Problems only to see just the things that went wrong, for example a light the controller didn't switch, or a charge that failed. Problems are shown in red wherever they appear.
Some changes are not shown to club officials: messages between members, and members' account transactions and card payments (you'll find your club's transactions in Management reports).
When members ask what happened to a booking, an event entry or their membership, the answer is usually here. Members can also see the changes that affected them in their own change log, under My history > My change log, so you can point them there too. They see changes to their own membership and subscriptions, but never the notes officials keep about them.
