If you use MMM as your booking system, you can fully automate your fixture bookings. These instructions assume you are the club captain (or any club official) and have chosen the league event under your Hosted events menu option.
Unless you specify otherwise, MMM will allocate enough court time on 2 of your courts as directed by the booking criteria settings (select Scheduling under the Fixtures tab). These settings indicate the target week-day for fixtures with a play start time and court hours required. The league organiser would normally have set these, but you can override them for your club only (in fact team captains can override them for their team only as well).
The above scheme has the advantage that no matter what your specific court booking slots are, MMM will attempt to find a contiguous set of bookings to meet the criteria set on any 2 of your available courts. The disadvantage is that you cannot dictate the precise booking slots and courts. To be more precise you need to define those court slots in a court set and set the court set up as an auto/speed booking on the event.
You are probably familiar with how to create a court set. If not, follow this guide. Once done, go to the Conditions tab of Hosted events and select Court access. Now simply add your court set under the panel entitled Court sets for auto/speed booking and hit Submit.
You should make sure the court set identifies all possible week days where a match could be scheduled.
If you want to charge favourable court fees to the team (rather than the fees that the captain would normally pay), then add this same court set in the Price and/or limit booking to the following court sets panel and enter the fee (per court slot) to be charged.
