Guide for team captains

Your club captain will nominate you to be the captain of one or more teams. To manage your team in terms of your squad, fixtures and bookings you need to choose your team under the relevant league event from your Teams main menu option.

There are several articles to help you but the main tasks (with links to those articles) are described below.

Before the season starts, you may have to make some preparations. We have a pre-season check list article that covers the following tasks:

• Set scheduling criteria (optional)
• Build your squad
• Reschedule individual fixtures once the organiser has scheduled them (optional)
• Book your fixtures (optional - your club captain might do this for you)
• Nominate a deputy (optional)

During the season you'll want to do some preparation for each fixture as follows

• If necessary, you may need to re-organise a fixture date
• Set the line-up for the fixture - who's playing in what order
• Set the individual matches as per the line-up
• Score individual matches
