Before doing this, double check that you are happy about the rules for auto-booking. MMM chooses the courts to book based on one of two settings in order of preference (see this article):
- In accordance to the court set you applied to the league event for auto booking (see this article)
- By booking sufficient courts from the start time of matches and the number of court hours required
Go to the Fixtures tab of Hosted events, choose the county leagues and the Scheduling sub-tab. Click the Book button in the scheduling panel (The line that says "Bookable but not booked"). This puts the auto-booking process on notice to get booking - it'll happen within a minute. Other items in this panel will allow you to cancel the bookings as well, so it's easy to revert and book again if you were unhappy about the booking rules.
You can check the booking status of all your home fixtures by selecting the Fixtures list tab to the right of this Scheduling tab. You can click on the red cross (not booked) or the green tick (booked) to show the standard block booking window - there you can manually book the fixture - or change what courts are booked. See this article for more details.
If you don't want to revisit here to press the book button every time one or more fixtures need auto-booking, you can check the option Allow immediate, automatic booking of all confirmed fixture dates option in the panel titled "Automatic fixture booking". Then it's totally automatic.
Bear in mind that each team captain is empowered, in the same way, to trigger an auto-book of their home team matches (The same screen is in their scheduling tab from the Teams menu option - but only applies to their team). You may want to delegate this task to them if you are not switching on the above automatic fixture booking option - which would apply to home fixtures for all teams.
