It is at your club's discretion as to which courts are available to you for booking. If you do not understand why you can't book any courts or can't book a specific court then please check the following things:
- Have you signed the club's T&Cs? Some clubs choose to make this a requirement before allowing bookings
- Do you have a fee outstanding? If you need to top up to cover a previous court fee then you'll not be able to book further courts until this is done. You will have a clear notice on your MMM home page if this is the case.
- Do you have a subscription that is current at the time of the booking? Booking rights are most commonly assigned based on your subscription. So not having a subscription will most likely mean not having any booking rights. If your subscription expires, say, at the end of the month then you'll not be able to book courts beyond then until or unless you renew your subscription.
- Have you indicated that you play the relevant sport? For example, if you have not declared that you play tennis then tennis courts will not be available - go to My sports and make sure you have the right sports checked.
If the above still does not answer your question, your best bet is to approach the club's bookings manager (or any club official) as they are best placed to explain why you can't make the booking you want.
