Can I delegate club bookings to non club officials?

Yes, you can identify specific people who are linked to the club (they do not have to be members) against a club reservation category to allow them to book courts on the club's behalf.

Remember that club reservations are primarily for the purposes of blocking out courts other than for the purposes of playing. If you are booking out courts for playing purposes then most likely you would be doing so in the name of an event.

Go to the Reservations tab of Manage courts and choose (or create) a reservation category - For example "Cleaning". Any club official can reserve courts under these categories. However this can be extended to others by clicking on the orange Change button and adding one or more delegates in the section entitled Delegated block booking capabilities.

Anyone nominated here will find they have the capability to block out courts in their My bookings tab within the Block bookings panel.

If you wish to limit what courts can be booked for the delegates, then choose a limiting court set for the reservation category.
