The right to book a court is dependent on a number of things. This article is meant for members as a first pass in trying to answer this question and covers:
- Have they signed the club's T&Cs?
- Do they need to top up?
- Do they have a subscription (valid at the time of the booking)?
- Have they selected the relevant sports in My sports?
MMM does provide guidance to a member at the top of the Booking Center page should any of these conditions be restricting the members ability to book.
If none of these appear to be the answer, then the reason will be down to the specific booking rights the user has been given. First check what subscription (or products) they have that are current for the date in question (In Manage Members). Look at that product's court sets (Products tab of Manage clubs) and confirm that at least one of those court sets cover the booking slot in question.
If a change has been made to the product in terms of court set coverage, or indeed if the court sets them selves have been changed, then these may not have been re-applied to existing subscription holders. Changes to products never effect current holders of that product. So it is worth checking if all members have the current court set arrangement if this is what is expected - Review the Usage tab for each court set in the Court sets tab of Manage courts and re-apply if this is what you want.
Products are not the only way to grant members booking rights. They can also be granted booking rights specifically in the context of an event. For example, it may be you allow non-members to book courts in the context of a cross-club event. If this is what you are expecting then check the player in question is a joiner to that event.
