Normally the Bookings manager would want to be appraised of all system generated block bookings (or failures thereof). ManageMyMatch automatically books courts for certain events that are so marked by the Events manager.
But any club official can elect to receive notifications of automatic block bookings. To receive such notifications go to My clubs and tick the box that says "Notify me when the system automatically block books regular events" in the Club officials panel.
With this selected you'll get a standard ManageMyMatch message every time a block booking is made for any event - they will always happen the day after the booking horizon set for members in general. If the bookings for a particular event could not be made due to at least one of the desired courts already being reserved then none are booked and you will also receive a message to this effect.
