Can the booking fees of an event be shared with all participants?

Yes. If you want event participants to pay their share of any courts booked for the event, then you can switch this on quite easily. Go to the events tab in Manage clubs and find the panel entitled "Block booking fee allocation". Click the check box in there.

Instead of the courts being charged to the person who booked the courts, they will be charged in equal proportion amongst all participants. This will happen when the event is moved from the In play stage to the completed stage (normally, the booking person would be charged the day before the bookings occur). If the event is automatic, then these fees will be applied automatically when ManageMyMatch completes the event.
