Member balance management options

The club may opt for two options regarding member balances:

1. House managed - balances are managed by MMM and MMM take on the liability
2. Club managed - balances are managed by the club and the club takes on the liability

The choice of these two options are influenced by the implementation choices of Eposnow and Stripe (both of which are mandatory integrations) as follows:

If the club wants the integrated bar till capability, then a Club Eposnow account is required.

If the club has opted for a Standard Stripe account, then they may additionally choose whether Stripe fees are to be processed via their account of via MMM's Stripe account.
